In the process of mesh production, a thread of polypropylene origin is used. By interlacing the threads, cells of different diameters are obtained. Through them passes the sunlight necessary for the normal growth of crops, giving a slight shadow.
The polypropylene thread used in the manufacture of nets is resistant to adverse climatic conditions and ultraviolet radiation.The nets partially reflect the sun and ultraviolet rays, creating optimal conditions for the normal growth of crops. Thanks to a light shade, moisture from the soil evaporates slowly, which reduces the amount of watering. The mesh makes it possible to achieve an even distribution of sunlight, allowing plants to receive the necessary amount of sunlight. Where shade netting is used, yields are increased by up to 10% by improving plant photosynthesis.
